Snacks (Besan Pakode)

At first, sieve gram flour. Then add all ingredients except oil and potatoes in it and mix everything well.

Add water and whisk to make a smooth lumps free batter.

Take a kadhai add oil. Heat on medium flame. Add potatoes in the batter and mix well.

Put the potato batter in the hot kadhai one by one. Fry the pakoda till golden brown on both sides.

Take it out in a plate. Pakodas are ready now. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup. And enjoy with tea or coffee.......😋😋
