Simple Tri-Colour Rice Bowl (One Bowl Dish)

When I was in primary school, my grandmother used to make this for Saturday lunch. It looks colourful, so it was my favourite.
If you beat egg the gently, it will be fluffier. This beef is seasoned pretty sweet, so adjust to taste. For 2 servings. Recipe by Zusako

Steps
- 1
Pull the strings at the seams of the snow peas and discard. Blanch the snow peas for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. When they turn a nice green colour, drain and chill in cold water.
- 2
Slice the snow peas into 3 mm diagonal strips.
- 3
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste (not listed).
- 4
Heat oil in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Mix them up with two pairs of chopsticks to make the scrambled eggs.
- 5
Heat oil in a pan and add the ground beef. Stir until the pieces break up and crumble. Add the ◎ ingredients.
- 6
Make a bed of rice in a big bowl and decorate with snow peas, eggs, and beef on top. It's done!
