You can make A HUGE VARIETY of waffles at home A breakfast treat that's crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and a gorgeous golden brown. ! Not to mention those perfect little syrup pockets. These homemade waffles come equipped with juicy blueberries for an extra special touch and are amazing for weekend mornings when you want to serve up something extra special, or even for brunches and holiday mornings. Your kids will simply love them

Prepare a checklist; keep all ingrdients close by

Batter
Take the wet ingredients- milk, melted butter or oil, vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add sugar (used brown sugar)whisk to dissolve sugar.

Mix all dry ingredients, flour, baking soda and salt. Sieve, Add this to the bowl with wet mixture in two batches. Mix well with a spatula to prevent lumps. Add vinegar. Mix. Fold in blueberries. Rest for five to 10 minutes - 4
Follow the instruction in the manual for operating the waffle maker. Grease the inside of waffle maker. Preheat waffle maker, 5 minutes. With a laddle spread 3/4c of batter. Do not overfill. Close the waffle maker. You will see steam escaping through the waffle maker. Wait for the steam to go away. Do not open the waffle maker while cooking. It may take about 5-8 minutes for the waffle to cook. Keep it closed a little longer if you want the waffle to be crisp.
Turn off the waffle maker. - 5
Using a spatula, lift carefully and place the waffle on a plate. Sprinkle chopped nuts of your choice. I used almond, walnuts and cashews. Spread honey or maple syrup. Serve with Vanilla ice cream on the top. Your kids would love the healthy delicious blueberry waffle
