Strawberries are available throughout the winter season.
It is high in fiber, Antioxidant rich & source of Vitamin C.
Eating Strawberries is a perfect option for weight loss.
Steps

Make strawberry puree; cut the strawberries into pieces. Then add sugar& boil it. When it becomes soft remove from heat. Cool it.
- 2
Soak gelatin in water & melt it over boiling water. Then add this to the strawberry puree. Mix it well.
- 3
Beat the fresh cream, thick milk & powdered sugar in a mixer.
Finally add the strawberry puree mix. Mix it well. Transfer it into a mould or small cups.
Keep it in the refrigerator 15 min
Decorate it with strawberries
