Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients of pakodas except oil, mix it well.

Now add little water and mix everything properly well, thick consistency.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add 2 tbsp of the hot oil in the prepared mixture and mix it well. Now gently slide in small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain an absorbent paper.

Green Garlic Pokoda is ready.

Serve it hot.
