Real Pineapple Sherbet

I love fresh pineapples, so I made this dessert using it.
Pineapple itself is not frozen solid, so it's better to freeze it again after blending in a food processor. Recipe by Pokuchan

Steps
- 1
Cut the leaves and the bottom part off of the pineapple. Cut the fruit into 8 parts, lengthwise. Remove the skin like in the picture and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Freeze in the freezer for 2 hours.
- 2
After it's frozen, blend in a food processor for a minute until smooth. If it's too soft, freeze it for 1 more hour.
- 3
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
