Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbesan
  2. 3big size potatoes
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbspred chili flakes
  5. 2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 1 pinchbaking soda
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all spices in besan and mix well.

    Peel off the potatoes and cut them into fries shape..

    Roll them into mixed besan..

    Heat the oil.

    Add in fries and let them fry..
