In a mixer, mince the keema until smooth. Now add all the ingredients under kofte section and form balls out of it l.

Steam the kofte balls till cooked from inside and keep aside.

Now in a kadhai, add mustard oil, when hot add ginger garlic paste and all masalas and saute for few minutes till oil separates.

Now, add chopped tomatoes and paste of fried onion and further cook for 5 minutes.

Now, add water and kofte balls and cook for 10 minutes until oil comes on top.

Garnish with coriander and serve
