Mix the ingredients for flour and make soft dough

Mix all very well

Now for palak paneer put oil in a pan then add jeera and hing

Add green garlic and rest of the ingredients

Then add palak and let cook for 10 min then after it's cool blend it in to a fine paste.

Make small round roti with the dough sprade some water and put it on tawa

Just put some garlic and coriander mix on naan
