I’ve had yam in my pantry and smoked panla in my freezer since and this was all i needed to make this delicious porridge #pantry

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 4round slices of yam
  2. 2big smoked panla fish
  3. 2table spoons grinded dried prawn
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. 1small onion (sliced)
  7. 4Pounded scotch bonnet pepper
  8. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the yam into small cubes

  2. 2

    Add water in a pot and place on heat to start boiling

  3. 3

    Pour in the yam and add onions, seasoning and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Cover this to boil for 5-7minutes then add the palm oil

  5. 5

    Add the smoked panla fish and pounded pepper

  6. 6

    Cover the pot to continue cooking until the yam is tender and add the grinded crayfish

  7. 7

    Stir and let it cook for an extra 3minutes on low heat

  8. 8

    Enjoy
