Steps

Put tapioca starch and rice flour into the bowl, whisk to mix it. Set aside.

Slice corn kernels, put into the blender. Add sugar, coconut sugar, salt and coconut milk. Blending until smooth.

Put the blended into the flour bowl, whisk to mix well. Allow them to rest for 20 mins.

Then Stir before scoop into the silicone mold (silicone mold brush with light oil before use). Bring to steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Let them cool down completely, take it out from the silicone mold. Ready to enjoy 😉.
