For stuffing- In a pan heat oil and add rai, ginger, chili, onion, grated vegetables(here I have used radish,carrot, paneer) salt, red chili powder, garam masala.

For parantha- In a bowl take whole wheat flour, ragi, jowar, jo aata, add flax seed and stuffing and mix well with water. Cook with little ghee.

Delicious Healthy paranthas are ready and can be served with curd/ pickle/ chutney.
