For sugar syrup -
In pan mix sugar water green cardamom powder boil till one thread consistency. Keep aside add rose essence - 2
For crunchy dough -
Mix maida ghee knead stiff dough with water let rest for sometime cover with cloth. - 3
Divide dough into 7 portions. Take 1 portion and again divide into 4 smaller portions each being size smaller than lemon.
Prepare uncooked paste of ghee maida spread the paste on all with 1/2 tspoon. Now cut each roti into 2 cm. wide strips - 4
Stuck all strips one above another. Now cut into 4 portions again stuck each press gently. Roll prepared into more / less circle shape place spoonful sweetened mava at center of rolling roti

Fold over rolled dough make 1/2 circle like gujiya shape press dough repeat all whole process with remaining portoin

Deep fry all each puff 1 by 1 till golden brown in colour fry all. Warm sugar syrup dip each in it. Place on plate.
