Ingredients

  • For green chutney - coriander chutney
  • 1big bundle of coriander leaves
  • 7-8green chillies
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • 1big pc of ginger
  • 2-3 tbspratlam sev or aloo bhujiya
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the coriander leaves. Peel the ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Now in a blender, add all the ingredients and add water as required. Make a smooth fine paste. If it is too thick, can add little more water and blend it.

  3. 3

    Your coriander chutney is ready. You can store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it for 1 month and enjoy it as and when required.
