Green chutney is made in every home in Pakistan, no meal is complete without this either kebabs,pulao,khichre, deal chawal, bbq aur it can be eaten alone with paratha.
If added in yogurt makes yummy raita/dip.Ramzan mein to is ke bager pakoray,samosay adhoray hain.Even dahi barae aur mix chat is ke bina taste nahi aata.

  • 1big bunch Coriander/dhania
  • 1/4 bunchmint/podina
  • 4_5 green chillies/hari mirchen
  • 1 tspzeera white
  • 1 tspsalt /as required
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 clovesgarlic /lahsan
  • 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1 tbspdahi/yogurt
  • 1-2 tbspbesan sev(optional)

    Wash all vegetables and clean dhania podina. Dhania ki moti stems cut Kar dein,podina ke sirf leaves lein.

    Sub sabzion ko mota cut kar lein
    Ab blender mein phelay 2tbsp pani Dalen phir sub Chezeni daal ke blend kar lein,dahi aur vinegar bhi.Ab thoray se sev dalen phir blend Karen.Mazrdar green chutney tayyar hay.Salt aur green chillies apnay taste ke hisab se dalen. Zarorat ho to aur pani add Karen.

    Tips :
    *podina should be less than dhania warna chutney karwi ho jae ge.
    *sirka aur dahi se chutney ka colour acha ae ga bazar jesa magar thora dalen.
    *zeera roasted bhi dal sakhte hain.
    *Agar blender mein thora pani ya liquid phelay dalte hain to machine achi blend karein ge.
    *Sev dalnay se chutney ka acha texture attack hay, thickness deta hay aur fridge mein rakhnay se bhi chutney pani nahi chorthi. Add sev according to amount of chutney.

    Keep in clean bottle in fridge or freeze gor ramzan in batches.
