Cooking Instructions

Mix flour and butter to form a very thick dough

Knead the dough and add little water if too tough

Keep the dough to rest

Using minced meat
Grate the onion and pepper - 5
Stir fry them together and and spices and maggi

Keep the fillings aside to cool

Knead the dough and cut into 4 piece

Roll out using rolling pin add the fillings at the middle and make a half circle shape using a knife then use fork and press to gum the edge and give it design

Fry on low heat in oil
And repeat process for the rest

Allow to cool before eating
