Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 2onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1green chili
  • 1/2 ginger
  • 2 garlic pods
  • masala1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp pao bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • as requiredSpring onion(optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add jeera, green chili, ginger and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Add onions and cook till it becomes translucent.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and haldi powder.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and salt and cook till it becomes soft and mushy.

  5. 5

    Add grated paneer, spring onion and mix well

  6. 6

    Add garam masala and pao bhaji masala and cook for 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Now turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and cover it with lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    Grate some paneer on top and Serve it hot with bun/bread/roti.
