I thought of a way for everyone to enjoy bitter melon, even for people who dislike it.

Remove the with pith of the bitter lemon with a spoon, and slice it as thinly as possible.

Boil water in a pot and then add the bitter lemon. Boil briefly before draining in a colander. Squeeze out excess water with your hands.

Mix the ☆ ingredients, and add the goya. Once it's well mixed, chill in the fridge. When it's chilled, top with bonito flakes and serve.
