Soak the oats in curd overnight.

Cook the oats with 11/2cup water

Add salt, red chilli powder, maggi masala, and chopped veggies of choice. Cook for 5-10mts.

Now for the tadka, heat ghee, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Drizzle over the cooked oats. Mix well. Add lemon juice bcz i like a bit tanginess

Serve hot. Best healthy and tasty breakfast.
