An absolute hit with the people of Hyderabad. This is a simple 3 ingredient magic. And anyone who visits the City just can't go without tasting this lip-smacking Dessert available here especially the one from Milan Juice Centre, Charminar.
Mulberries are known as Shahtoot and that's where it gets it's name and the flavour and texture of it makes it an amazing Dessert that cannot be missed or ignored.
Sugar can be adjusted accordingly and also the Malai. If it's homemade it's well and good but if not, it's absolutely okay. As long as you can lay your hands on a good brand of store bought Cream, it rocks.

5-6 servings

500 gmfresh Mulberries or Shahtoot
2-3 tbspPowdered Sugar
200 mlfresh Milk Cream or Malai

Wash them thoroughly to get rid of dirt and sand. Allow to drain until dry.

Add them to a wide serving bowl directly along with the two other ingredients as well. Mix until combined.

Refrigerate until the time to serve. Or else mix everything that's already chilled and serve immediately. The choice is yours. Yum! Enjoy!
