Ingredients

  • 1 packetcanapes or can bake tokri bt simple atta which is prepared by adding a tsp of baking powder
  • 1 cupparboiled moong sprouts
  • 2cucumbers chopped
  • 1large tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspcoriander chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • Curd and green chutney if you like
  • 2 tbspmasala peanuts
  • Thin sev for garnish

    In a bowl mix sprouts with all the vegetables

    Add spices, and masala peanut, sauce, chutney and curd

    Mix well. Fill the canapes with the prepared moong salad.
