Simple chapati and bean stew

Here I have this simple chapati recipe no fuss alhamdulillah
Mixture of atta (whole meal) and plain flour
Not oily yet soft ,also the dough after making the rounds is freesable so you cam make batches in advance of meals and freeze
They taste gr8 and go well with almost any stu ad say.
Alhamdulillah here have not included recipe for the easy stu but u can find it in my recipes inshaAllah and off course you can make your ones that r nutritional and delishinal ..
Fir healthier option you can add more atta then plain but you may hav different flavor nd texture or you can use stone ground flour if you like even stronger flavors and courser texture and offcourse more fibre alhamdulillah

Make your ball by roughly 8 equal size (fir this amount if dough)and if you prefer larger or smaller so make your dough ball accordingly.then now roll out to discs and cook on the well heated pan.see the demo how the flatbread rises on adding oil and sometimes rises on hitting the pan if this happens you are a Star!alhamdulillah coz it cooks well and becomes very soft.

Then now you can turn and press while gently turning till som lovely golden brown spots appear and there you hav it just be sure to let cool and cover in container to keep softness.inshaallah.bismillah enjoy with strws and curries of choice for your mains, iftar suhoor
