Ingredients

  • 12 ozfettuccine pasta
  • 1 lbshrimp
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 2 cheavy cream
  • 1.5 cParmesan cheese
  • 2 tspstore bought minced Garlic OR 4 tsp freshly chopped garlic
  • 1 tbspParsley garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cool fettuccine until Al dente. Use package instructions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water in case needed to thin sauce

  2. 2

    Cook shrimp with 2 tbsp butter. Cook until forming a crust and remove from pan.

  3. 3

    In same pan, add 4 tbsp butter, all the cream, garlic, and parm cheese. Bring to light simmer

  4. 4

    Add fettuccine and mix

  5. 5

    Add shrimp and mix. If sauce thickens more than desired, add pasta water. If too thin, let sit for a couple minutes.
