We also prepare panna on this day and offer deities and take as Prasad.
I prepared Neem dry flowers vada with red pumpkin and it's healthy and tasty too.

Mix rice flour, neem flowers and a spoon of water in a bowl for 15 minutes

Add turmeric, salt, and chilli powder with chopped pumpkin. Add gram flour/ besan and mix well.

Make small vadas. Heat oil. Shallow fry both sides of the vada and serve hot
