I prepared Neem dry flowers vada with red pumpkin and it's healthy and tasty too.

  • 2-3 Tbspdry Neem flowers, 1.5 cup chopped pumpkin
  • 1/4 Tspturmeric powder, salt as required, 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsprice flour, 1 Tbsp gram flour, 1 spoon water, cooking oil

Steps

within 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix rice flour, neem flowers and a spoon of water in a bowl for 15 minutes

    Add turmeric, salt, and chilli powder with chopped pumpkin. Add gram flour/ besan and mix well.

    Make small vadas. Heat oil. Shallow fry both sides of the vada and serve hot
