I had a craving for the kinako candy I used to eat, so I bought cheap kuromitsu and kinako and made this.

Place the kuromitsu in a heat-resistant container and microwave for 30 seconds.

Add the kinako to the kuromitsu and mix well.

Divide the batter in half, and form into bars on a kinako-floured work surface.

Cut into your desired length and stick on plastic cocktail picks or toothpicks as you wish.

Kuromitsu and kinako can both be purchased for about $1, so you can make this cheaply.
