Ingredients

  1. dough
  2. 2 1/4 cupbread flour
  3. 1 1/4 tsprapid rise yeast
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupwarm water
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. toppings
  8. 3roma tomatoes , small chop
  9. 1/2red pepper , sliced
  10. 1 smallonion, sliced
  11. 1 cupfresh spinach
  12. 1/2 cupolives
  13. 3 tbspolive oil
  14. 2 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
  15. 1 tspsalt, garlic powder, oregano, ground pepper
  16. 3 tspcornmeal

    In mixing bowl, blend flour, yeast and salt.

    Add water and oil, blend into soft dough ball.

  3. 3

    Knead in bowl with dough hook or by hand about 4 minutes .

  4. 4

    Place in another bowl and let rest 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    In a 15" by 10" greased baking tray,sprinkle with corn meal.

  6. 6

    Press dough into pan. Take a fork and prick dough all over before baking in preheated 475°F oven.

  7. 7

    Bake five minutes. Take out of oven and cover with vegies, seasonings. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over top.

    Lower oven to 425, bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Cut into serving sizes and enjoy!

  9. 9

    NOTE dough can be temperamental, when kneading you may need more flour or even a touch of water to get dough to a smooth ball state.
