Vermicelli Morning Summer Breakfast🌸

Firstly wash the veggies and chopped it nicely.

Now in a kadhai, add 2 tbs oil and roast the peanuts once it roasted keep it aside.

Now in the same Kadhai, Add 1 tbs mustard seeds, curry leaves,chopped chilli & onion.
Sautéed the onion until it turn golden brown. - 4
Add all the chopped veggies and sautéed for at least 4 mins

Then add vermicelli and mixed it properly.

Add 1/2 Cup water to cook the vermicelli, when you see the bubbles, put on low flame.

Cover the lid and cook it for 10 mins.

Now add peanuts and mixed it.

Your yummy and tasty vermicelli is ready to serve..!!🌸
