Ingredients

30-40mins
2+serves
  • 1 cupor 200 gm of Sprouts Moth
  • 1small chopped onion
  • 1small chopped tomato
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspMisal masala
  • Farsan for toppings
  • 1chopped onion for garnish
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Bread or Buns

Steps

30-40mins
  1. 1

    Take the sprouts and wash them well and drain out

  2. 2

    Take the pressure cooker and now add oil and Cumin seeds and Asafoetida and stir fry onion and tomato

  3. 3

    Next add the sprouts and sprinkle salt plus all the spices to them and mix them well

  4. 4

    Add water about 2 glasses and cover the lid and give 2-3 whistle and then simm the stove for 5-7mins

  5. 5

    Misal is ready now serve them hot by toppings onion, farsan, lemon and Bread or Buns.
