Melt butter in pan, add onions until transparent. Add garlic, stir 1 or 2 minutes

Add chopped spinach by handfuls, until wilted. Set aside and let cool

In large bowl mux together parmesan cheese, almond flour, 3 eggs, salt, pepper.

Incorporate spinach mix to wet mix, and blend.

Meanwhile, heaten ninja grill on air-fry.

Pad cooking pan with paper and spray oil. Add mixture by spoonful. Flatten each spoonful. Lightly spray on top of each fritter.

Cook on air-fry around 5 minutes or till golden. Flip, lightly spray on top, and cook another 5 minutes or till golden

If not golden, flip again and cook another couple of minutes
