Ingredients

  1. 4 eachlarge eggs
  2. 3 tspvanilla extract
  3. 3 cupWhite granulated sugar
  4. 1 cupchopped pecans
  5. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  6. 2 tspground cinnamon
  7. 2 tspbaking soda
  8. 2 cupblended oats
  9. 2 1/2 cupnatural applesauce
  10. 2 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  11. 1 tsptable salt
  12. 6 eachbananas

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    beat eggs in large mixing bowl

  3. 3

    add other liquid ingredients (vanilla and applesauce) and mix well

  4. 4

    add bananas after you have peeled and mashed them

  5. 5

    add everything one at a time mix as you go...

  6. 6

    pour into 4 greased loaf pans or make 48 muffins by filling muffin cups only 2/3 full... loaves will take about 45 min to an hour and muffins take about 25 min...

  7. 7

    poke middle with toothpick to test and see if their are done...
