This is my grandma's recipe with a lil substituting to make it a lil healthier...
Steps

preheat oven to 350°F

beat eggs in large mixing bowl
- 3
add other liquid ingredients (vanilla and applesauce) and mix well
- 4
add bananas after you have peeled and mashed them
- 5
add everything one at a time mix as you go...

pour into 4 greased loaf pans or make 48 muffins by filling muffin cups only 2/3 full... loaves will take about 45 min to an hour and muffins take about 25 min...

poke middle with toothpick to test and see if their are done...
