Ingredients

1 person

140 gsalmon
1/2pepper (black of white)
1/2 salt
Olive oil (just add it till you think its right)
Vegetables (for decoration and consumption, optional)

Grab a pan, turn on medium heat, add oil, put in the salmon

After 10 seconds, add in seasonings

Put the salmon in one side and cook for 3 mins

Flip and repeat

Cook veggies (optional)

Done! Enjoy.
