Paneer Matar Sabji

Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and saute. After 5 minutes add garlic, ginger pieces and saute for 2 minutes. Now, add the tomato and mix well. Once the tomato becomes soft, turn off the gas.

Bland this mixture into a mixer jar.

Now, wash the paneer and cut it into triangle shape. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer for only 2 minutes and immediately soak it in warm salted water.

Heat a pan and add butter then add the prepared paste and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add coriander powder, kitchen king masala, red chilly powder and salt, mix well then saute for another 3 minutes.

Add 1 glass of water and mix It again well. After the gravy boils, add paneer, peas and kasoori methi. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

So, Matar Paneer Sabji is ready. Serve it with Paratha.
