Ingredients

1 person
  • 140 gsalmon
  • 1/2pepper (black of white)
  • 1/2 salt
  • Olive oil (just add it till you think its right)
  • Vegetables (for decoration and consumption, optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Grab a pan, turn on medium heat, add oil, put in the salmon

  2. 2

    After 10 seconds, add in seasonings

  3. 3

    Put the salmon in one side and cook for 3 mins

  4. 4

    Flip and repeat

  5. 5

    Cook veggies (optional)

  6. 6

    Done! Enjoy.
