First of all soak soya bean in hot water for half an hour. After half an hour wash nutrala and squeeze but the water well. Now in this put 1" ginger one cup coriander leaves, 2 pie chilli in it.

Now transfer it in a big bowl. Add Chenna.coarsely ground garlic, roasted gram flour, corn powder all the dry spices and onion and mix it well.

Mixture the shape of kabab and stick in the center.

Put on medium heat, put kabab in it and flip it over and fry till it become crispy.

We can serve it with a chutney & Kechup.
