In a kadai add oil, onion, tomato, tomato puree mix it well.now add some basic masale like (salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmericpowder)mix it well.

Now add torai,add water mix it again.

Now cover with plate for 5 min at low flame now add homemade bharwa masala and mix it well.now sabzi is ready to serve.
