Wash chopp spinach and take in a mixie jar.Mix ginger chilli garlic and churn.Make a thick paste.
Take rawa in a mixing bowl.Add salt sugar Spinach paste and curd.Mix it well.Cover it for 5min.

Now add oil and in a rawa mixture and add 1/2Cup water.Adjust consistancy like dhokla batter.

Grease oil in a plate.Add eno and 2tbsp.water to activate eno in a mixture. and beat well.Pour in a plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder.
Steam for 10-12min. - 4
Take out from steamer.Allow it to cool.Cut in to pieces.

ForTadka:-Heat oil in a pan Tempered mustard seeds asofoetida and sessme seeds.pour on a dhokla. And serve.
Tasty healthy Palak dhokla is ready to serve.
Serve with ketchup.
