This vada can take it fr lunch box or in Safari..
Ever yummy n healthy too.
Steps
- 1
Sieve both the flour in the big bowl,
Add all mentioned masala,accept water.
Mix well,let the masala and flour combine well.
Now add required water to bind them in the form of paratha dough.
Give rest fr 6-7 hrs in the fridge or outside (according to the weather) - 2
After resting, the dough will ferment. Knead softly at once.
Make a small ball from the dough,flatten the vada on the wooden board with the help of fingers,
Apply sesame Seeds on it
And fry them in hot oil till it puffs n light brown in clr.
remove in kitchen ppr. - 3
Repeat the same procedure to make all vada..
Now Maize flour Vada is ready..
Have it with masala tea..
