Steps

In a hot pan, add in onion and let them cook until translucent,add in beef and garlic,ginger,dhania stems and let them cook

Add in tomatoes,green pepper and salt give it a good stir and let them cook

Add in potatoes and peas and enough water simmer on low heat

Garnish with dhania leaves

Serve and enjoy I had mine with rice
