Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 poundspatty pan squash
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 teaspoonTo taste salt I used about
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the squash. Slice it up, pat them dry, and melt the butter in a pot.

    Add the squash, salt, water, and pepper. Bring to a simmer cover and stir often.

    Continue to cook till tender. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
