  1. Chicken broth
  2. Couscous
  3. Cubed plum Roma tomatoes
  4. Cubed cucumber
  5. Pitted kalamata due
  6. Green onion chopped
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Olive oil
  9. Crumbled cheese
  10. Drill weed

Cooking Instructions

    In a souce pan put chicken broth let it boil for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Stir couscous remove from heat and cover it for 5 mins

  3. 3

    In a large bowl place tomatoes cucumber Olive onions,drill weed

  4. 4

    Stir couscous beat lemon Olive oil and salt stir using a wire whiskuntil well blended

  5. 5

    Pour over vegetable mixture and toss

  6. 6

    Cover and refrigerate for one hour for taste

  7. 7

    Sprinkle cheese before serving
