Indian style Penne Pasta

Take a kadhai add water and 1 tbsp oil after the water boiled add pasta and boil into 8-10 minutes.

Then strain water and add cold water immediately to stop cooking.

Now the same kadhai add 3-4 tbsp oil. Add chopped onion, green chilli. Let it cook. Then add capsicum and mustard seeds. Saute well after 2 minutes.

Add maggi masala and tomato and cook it.

Now add salt, black pepper, tomato ketchup, pasta masala, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar and mix it well.

Pasta is ready now. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients well.

Serve hot and enjoy..... 😋😋
