Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupBoiled quinoa
  2. 1medium Finely chopped onions
  3. 1 tbspChopped cilantro
  4. 2 tbspCrumbled paneer (Indian cheese)
  5. 2Mashed boiled potatoes
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1/2 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Boil quinoa and let it cool.

    Mix quinoa with chopped onion, cilantro, crumbled paneer, mashed potato, salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder.

    Shape into small size patties.. Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle with oil until golden brown on both sides....

    Ready to serve Healthy and yummy quinoa tikki serve with chutney and sauce....

    Serve hot with your favorite chutney!
