These bread pockets with cheese spread and Italian filling are perfect to start your day.It has potato,sweet corn, oregano and chilli flakes.Amazing taste !

Heat oil in a pan,add chilli flakes and oregano.Saute then add onion.Cook it for 3-4 min.on medium heat.Addpotatoand sweetcorn.Sprinkle salt and mix it well.Cook it for 3-4 min.Let it cool.

Take bread slices,trim its edges.Now take a slice,roll it with the help of a rolling pin.Prepare all the slices like this.Take water in a bowl.Take a slice,brush it with water on the edges.Spread Cheese spread on the slice, put potato corn mixture on one side of the slice,drop tomato ketchup over it and fold it in a rectangular pocket.

Heat tawa,grease it with butter,place bread pockets on it and shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.
