Today I have made tasty healthy khichdi. It's very easy to make. It's perfect for upvas.
Steps

First wash the moong dal nicely and soake for 30 minutes. Take a kadai add minimum water, soaked dal, salt, little turmeric powder and boil it 80%. Keep aside.

Heat ghee in a kadai add cumin seeds let them splutter then add chopped green chillies and saute few seconds then add washed samak rice and chopped all vegetables, salt, mix it well and cook 3-4 minutes.

Now add water cover and cook few minutes. Once almost evaporate water then add cooked dal and mix it properly well.

Now cook them on high flame another 2-3 minutes. Lastly add ghee and mix it. Khichdi is ready.
