Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add salt and a little oil to boiling water, cook the pasta in the boiling water for 6-8 minutes, then rinse and set aside.

  2. 2

Finely chop the tofu, place it in a bowl, mash with a spoon, and add a little pepper to mix (if you don't like the texture of tofu, you can blend it in a blender).

  3. 3

Cook the fish roe sausage thoroughly, slice it, and set aside. Without washing the pan, sauté the minced garlic, chili, and green onion over low heat until fragrant.

  4. 4

Add the mashed tofu and cheese slice to the pan and stir-fry. Add the semi-cooked pasta, about 1 cup of water, and salt (be careful not to burn it), cover and let it steam for 15 seconds.

  5. 5

Check the seasoning and pasta doneness, then plate it, topping with sausage slices, green onion slices, and black pepper.

  6. 6

Place the shrimp in the pan, add a little water, cooking wine, and pepper, cover and steam for 10 seconds, flip to check if they are red, then plate.
