Dry roast foxnut & dry fruits. Now grind it in grinder in powder form.

Now milk boil in a pan. After 5 to 7 minutes add roasted powder, & other ingredients.

Boil it for 10 minutes, stirring continues. Now it looks like a thick batter or paste. This material cook on low flame.

Turn off the gas stove. Now add khaand or sugar in it. When material become cool, use blender for smooth the material.

Fill it in plastic breakable glasses. Freeze it over night in freezer. Now break the glass & move out the kulfi stick.

Decorate with rose petals before serve. Yummy & mouthwatering fasting kulfi is ready.
