Steps

Take a large mixing bowl add barley flour, methi leaves, ajwain, Salt, and red chili powder & mix with your hands. Add ghee & mix well. Add warm water to make a firm dough. Cover & keep it for 10 mins.

Divide dough into 10 equal portions. Place a clean sheet on a rolling board & roll it like a poori.

Heat one and half cup of safola oil.Frying one by one according to your choice in medium flame 🔥. Serve it with sauce or tea.
