Wash the fruit.

Cut babugosha as per your liking.
Either cut it in stripes with the skin on OR remove the skin & cut into small pieces.. - 3
Chill & serve. Relish this monsoon fruit plain & enjoy its sweet natural taste.

NB : As Babugosha is sweet in taste, it is best eaten plain, without sprinkling any spices on it.
