Peel your potatoes and cut them into cubes and wash it

Put it in a clean pot add salt and put it on the stove wait till it is cooked

After it is cooked drain it with a strainer. Set aside

Crack the eggs add maggi, pepper, onion and stir it then add the cooked potatoes in the egg

Put your frying fan on low heat and add small amount of oil like when frying egg then be putting that egg and potato mix,if the side is fried turn the other side.
