Healthy and tasty millet pudding.
Steps

First of all soak the jowar for overnight or 6 to 8 hours in enough water.Then add 2 glass water and soak just in a pot and cook it on medium to slow flame.

3) When it is cooked take it down and put another pot on gas.

Now heat milk in a pot when the milk starts boiling add jowar and cook on slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes.

Then add dates and stire continuously with a spoon.

When the mixture chickens, add ilayachi powder, dry fruits and turn off the flame.

Garnish with dryfruits and dates in a serving bowl and serve healthy nd tasty millet puding.
